”The Beach" in Thailand

The stage of the film “The Beach” starring Leonardo DiCaprio was on the small island of
Thailand called Phi Phi Island.

Because there are no airports in Phi Phi Island, we must go to Phuket or Krabi, and then
travel by boat to the destination.

I asked for an optional tour in Phuket and went there!

There are lots of travel and tour companies on Phuket's Patong Beach so if you can
make a reservation by the day before, you will be able to go to the tour next morning.

Because I was snorkeling today at the Monkey Beach.

I bought food for snorkeling and food to give to the monkey.

As the name suggests, this island is home to many monkeys.

It was a bit scary to be suddenly chased by one.

In the movie, entrance was surrounded by islands created by CG, but actually it is
different in real life.
